Homeschool Phys. Ed.

One topic I know many homeschool parents often stress about how to incorporate is Phys. Ed. It's not a topic like math where there is a plethora of curriculum options to choose from. If you work full-time like me, participating in a homeschool gym class or co-op that incorporates phys. ed. may not be an option.

I don't stress about incorporating Phys. Ed. in our homeschool. I don't have any concerns about my kids being physically active since they spend a good portion of their afternoons running, jumping and swinging outside. We end up doing a lot of what I end up reporting in our homeschool paperwork on the weekends.

Here is a peek at some of our weekend Phys. Ed. activities. We have done some bowling, golf, ice skating and swimming in recent weeks.
